1-How do I know if my exercise goals are aligned to my needs and physical capabilities

To align your goals, needs and exercise capacity you need to know your baseline metabolism, VO2 Max, Body Composition and Strength. Our professionals match this information to the data provided by the HEIF (Healthy Exercise Intake Form) and designs a step-by-step routine where your goals, needs and exercise capabilities are aligned.

2-What does the exercise evaluation involve?

The patient needs to come fasting and wear an exercise outfit; the process takes about two hours; our professionals take about 30 minutes to analyze your data and in a 30-minute second encounter, the findings and MyExRx are reviewed in detailed.

3-Do I need to fast?

Yes, a ten-hour fasting is needed to have reliable results

4-What if I have active medical conditions?

Your complete medical history is reviewed in detailed and if determined by our professionals, a Medical Clearance will be requested before you get tested.

5-What is the best way to take advantage of MyExRx?

Once you have received MyExRx, the ideal scenario to optimize results is to set up Healthy Exercise training sessions and gradually increase the parameters as tailored by our Exercise Physiologist.

7-Do I need to be tested again?

If you embrace MyExRx, your routine will be gradually increased from beginner, to intermediate and to advanced levels and tested is recommended every six months.

Once you reached advanced level, once a year testing is suggested to assess improvement on metabolic status, body composition, strength, and medical conditions.
